[But I may give it to Jehovah]
2 King 5:15-19
There is a Korean proverb that says, 'People are different before and after Number two.' Same as General Naaman also changed his mind. It doesnt mean that he became bad but his confessions to the Lord had changed. He became saying, he may give him to Jehovah.
Today, we are going to think about a life where we confess my faith.
First, come back to the man of God.
Naaman, whose leprosy was healed cleanly, went to Aram with all the troops and 'come back' and stood before the man of God. This is from the position of arrogance that I think is right, looking back on my arrogance in ignoring the man of God. Naaman repents by returning from sin and returning to the place of the Word before the man of God. Repentance is not just about realizing sin, regretting it from sin, and deciding not to repeat it, but returning to the place, stand before the Word. Confessing and opening up to sin is not the ability, but the words are God because we meet the Lord through words. Naaman, who met God, confesses his faith, saying, 'I now know that there is no God in the whole world except Israel.' And thanks for the grace, God has healed and met, I offer gifts to God with a worshipful heart. The gift is the noun form 'Veraka' of 'Barak,' which we know well, and it is not a gift or a gift in return, but a gift is given to God with a heart of worship in appreciation of the grace you have given. Therefore, if the prayer has been answered, I hope that you will give God the gift of the Barak of spirit and six who kneel and worship as a gift for restoration of worship.
Second, you have to stop giving offerings to other Gods.
Because Naamans offerings are sincere before God, Elisha firmly rejects them for his salvation, saying, 'The Lord swore to be alive.' Since Naamans faith has just begun, he can be mistaken for buying salvation for money if he receives a gift from him, so grace clearly tells him that he is not trading, refuses the gift until the end, and helps his faith grow. Then Naaman asks for Israels soil. Naaman, a newborn childs level of faith, thought that he could worship God only with Israeli soil. As Elisha shows the example of a life where only God worships without offering, she goes one step further from her confession that 'God is the only God in the whole world' and decides to 'only worship God!' One person who is loyal to God like this is so important.
Ive always shouted that one person matters, but when I look at the history of China, I feel sorry that Song Qing-lings choice seems to have determined Chinas current fate. Her father and maternal grandfather were pastors and received Christian education from an early age, but she devoted herself to the ideological revolution and left the church and abandoned God. I think the result of one person with a glamorous or prestgious background and career and influence, leaving the place of the Word, serving the ideology he thinks is right, and leaving God far away is too great. In addition, I think that one of our church members is crucial and how wise the decision is. I believe that showing decisions because of salvation is the best faith education and the best legacy to the next generations.
Third, enjoy the peace from forgiving.
Naaman has to serve God even when he goes back to Aram, but he has no choice but to bow to Limmon God when he goes back, so He asked Elisha to forgive him because his heart is toward God. To ask for forgiveness is to confess that you are a sinner. This is the holy life of confessing, 'But I will give it to Jehovah.' Knowing that you are a spiritual leprosy patient even though your body is full of disease and your mind is crumbling, and returning to God every day as a member of Gods people to ask for forgiveness is a clean life, a blessed life that runs toward heaven. In response to this humble request, God says, 'Go peacefully' through the prophet. This is peace of salvations. In any life, I believe that if you listen to the words in the midst of hardships, change your lifes direction, and come to God, it will be 'peace.' Anyone becomes a new creature in Christ Jesus. It changes from a life of curse to a life of peace. Every event that comes our way is a milestone and an alarm to return to God and gain peace. I believe that Shaloms God will give us 'Shalom'
This is the sharing of the brother who hasnt left the service with QT despite the hardships of life that He didnt get promoted for many times. Even though it was interpreted as a word by being QT due to missing promotions, he repeatedly relied on alcohol by repeating his depression, 'Whats wrong with me?' but he did not leave the place of doing QT and worship. I didnt want to go to work and couldnt eat, but I was happy to hear 'Go to Canaan' even though I was doing QT. At heart, I desperately want promotion, but I prioritized prayer for the salvation of my sisters family. Feeling a sense of duty to save my wifes family, I was wandering if I have to do something else by putting down the company and focusing on what God has given me. The shepherd said, 'Its a case that God gave me to risk my life in worship because I loved it, but its not easy to move on. One person who saves people on the ranch is important and we are alive because of their tears. 'I hope both my body and spirit doesnt collapse.' Since we, who are weak, are having a hard time alone, we go to the ranch, find God, and when we say, 'Forgive me!' he tells us 'Shalom.' By the way, He was not promoted until I read this report, but I heard the amazing news that He was promoted to an executive yesterday. I was also very happy to hear this news. Even if it was hard, He went to the community regularly with QT and confessed honestly, and as the leader said, neither the land nor the land collapsed.
We must confess our faith I will give myself to the Lord.
